Following is important information for boarding your pets at Breton's.

Reservations:

Reservations for your pet to stay at Breton's can be done by calling our office or online, using the Gingr App.

Please note that a deposit equal to 50% of your reservation total will be due at the time you make your reservation.

View our Reservations page.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks and cash.

Cancellations

We usually have a waiting list of people hoping for an opening to get their dogs in, so it’s important that we know about any cancellations with enough advance time to accommodate them. Cancellations made within 7 days of boarding may be subject to a charge equal to 50% of their reservation fee.

Drop-off and Pick-up

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both pets and owners, we request that all drop-offs and pick-ups are made by appointment. This allows us to better accommodate our daily schedules, including feeding, walks, and daycare pick-ups, while providing the best care for your pet. Thank you for helping us maintain a consistent routine!

  • Drop-offs: 8 AM - 5:45 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays
  • Pick-ups: 8 AM - 5:45 PM Monday through Friday, and 8 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays

Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

During the night for your pet's safety, the building is fully secured and locked between 10 PM - 7:30 AM. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Vaccinations

Your pet's vaccinations must be up to date; a certificate from your vet is required. If you don't have this, we can call your vet for you.

The following are required:

  • Dogs: Rabies, K9 Influenza, Bordetella, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Para-influenza)
  • Cats: Rabies and FVRCP (feline distemper, which includes rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia).

Personal items

Pet parents may bring personal items such as bedding and toys to help their pups and cats feel more comfortable with familiar smells from home. To prevent items from being misplaced, we ask that all personal belongings be clearly labeled with your last name. We take inventory and pictures of all personal items we receive and maintain a lost and found for any items that may be misplaced.

Medication and Supplements

We can provide these to your pets. Please provide in their original containers, with detailed administration instructions, including dosage and time of day.

Food for Your Pets

We recommend that each pet parent bring enough food for their pet's visit, as changing their diet suddenly can cause stress, and upset stomach. Please provide all foods at check-in with detailed feeding instructions (morning/night, amounts).
