"Gingr App" - for online reservations
You can use either a desktop/laptop computer to access Gingr, or use the app on your smartphone, or both.
Setting Up Your Account
It may take a few minutes to set up GingrApp the first time. But don't worry, this is only done once and is a piece of cake to use afterwards.
On a Computer
To set up GingrApp for the first time on your computer at home/office, type into the browser's address bar: https://bretonsdogs.portal.gingrapp.com/#/public/login
Your computer screen will display the image you see here, and you'll click on #1 to SIGN UP for a GingrApp account. Go through the screens to enter your name, email, phone, address, second contact info, and password for logging in later. Then add your pets (one at a time), including the pet's description, their vet (you'll need to add your veterinarian if you don't see them in the drop-down box), plus their health (allergies, medicines, feeding instructions). You can add supplements (like krillex for joints) in either the Medicine Notes, or the generic Other Notes. Then upload your pet's latest vaccination record.
Smartphone App
Instead of, or in addition to, using a desktop/laptop, you can use the GingrApp application on your smartphone. The app's icon is shown above the app's sample screen.
First download the GingrApp App from either the PlayStore or AppleStore.
Then either SIGN UP (#1) , or LOG IN (#2 in the image). If the app asks you for an "Invite Code", enter 146380.

Pets must have up-to-date Vaccinations
We will need a vaccination record from your pet's Veterinarian for the safety of all of our pet guests.
If you don't have this, we can call your vet to get it.
The following are required:
- Dogs: Rabies, K9 Influenza, Bordetella, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Para-influenza)
- Cats: Rabies and FVRCP (feline distemper, which includes rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia).
The vaccination record doesn't have to be in any special format. Many times, a Vet's office includes this information within the receipt for other services.
